On 8th March 2016, FINCA Uganda celebrated the International Women’s day in style. All staff dressed in their traditional and African attire to recognize the organisation’s commitment to promoting Equality and Diversity among staff and customers alike.
We are cognizant of the fact that our organisation operates at a global scale. As such, we respect each and everyone’s culture and gender; knowing that it is this diversity that makes us unique while at the same binds us together as one FINCA global family aiming to achieve one single mission.
