We had to adjust the timelines of our working schedule. Our branches are open from 9:00am to 3:00pm every day because of the logistical challenges that came with the lock-down. It enables us to move our staff from their various homes to the workplaces to serve you and we believe those 6 hours are sufficient to really offer to you the services.
We maintain to keep our alternative channels active as well, so you have access through our ATMs and the mobile banking channels to continue transacting even outside these banking hours.
