FINCA’s SMS Transaction Alerts service allows customers to stay updated about their banking transactions through their mobile phone. To receive SMS Alerts, simply register and subscribe. Existing customers are registered automatically. You can opt-out of the service at any time.

How it works

  • The alerts are sent to active mobile phones attached to FINCA clients’ accounts.

  • Alerts are sent through Telecom providers (Airtel/Warid, MTN, UTL, Orange).

  • Clients can apply to increase bundles, unsubscribe and re-activate the service at their branch as and when they wish.
